If you want to learn how to SCUBA dive, the first step is to take the PADI Open Water Diver Class.  Upon completion of this course you will be certified as a PADI Open Water SCUBA Diver.  This is the most widely recognized and respected diving certification in the world.  Within a few days, you can be enjoying the underwater world…

Part 1 – Classroom and Pool Training

The purpose of the classroom and pool training is to provide the knowledge and skills required to enjoy and safely complete the open water training.  With 2 classroom and 2 pool sessions, combined with our small group size, assures a thorough and enjoyable training program.  We have a 4 to 1 student - instructor ratio.  Classroom and pool training is scheduled conveniently throughout the year. 

Your training meets and exceeds the PADI minimums. 

Our goal is to ensure that you are a safe and competent diver!

The Class & Pool Session includes:

• All books and materials (yours to keep)
• Rental gear
• Use of instructional videos

Pre-requisite: None

Minimum Age: 10

Part 2 – Open Water Training Dives

The open water training dives are conducted over a two-day period, 2 dives each day.  The cost covers all rental gear needed for the class except mask, fins and snorkel.  Open Water training dives are conducted at Square Lake near Stillwater, MN.

Upon completion of Part 1 and Part 2, you will have earned the PADI Open Water Diver Certification, which enables you to purchase, or rent SCUBA equipment, air fills and dive without direct instructor supervision.

• Use of all SCUBA Rental Gear
• Certification Processing
• Certification Photo
